Training Church Leaders through Bible Schools and Short-term Training
We are committed to equipping leaders in the body of Christ to be more effective in fulfilling the vision and calling that God has given them. Evangelistic efforts, discipleship programs and Church Planting movements all rely on the development of equipped leaders to perpetuate themselves. We address this need in a variety of manners. We conduct short-term leadership development meetings. These are usually conducted in conjunction with one or more local leaders and generally are several days of intensive leadership training on topics chosen by the hosting group as being of great importance among local leadership.
We also do this by establishing video Bible Schools in conjunction with AFCM’s ITC. AFCM’s International Training Center currently has more than 600 Video Bible Training Centers around the world. AFCM-ITC courses are designed to build a Biblical foundation and provide a disciplined structure to rightly dividing the Word of God. ITC consists of a two-level, six-module program that will provide instruction in principles of faith/biblical studies, as well as training for domestic and/or international ministry. This resource is more than 430 hours of video teaching by experts in their respective fields. The faculty of AFCM-ITC includes experienced ministers of the gospel and practicing pastors, itinerant ministers, and missionaries. The curriculum has already been translated in to several languages with many more translations begun.
Our objective is to see Bible Schools planted throughout the world through partnerships with national leaders. This we believe will result in better equipped leaders, leading a more mature church, extending the Kingdom of God throughout the earth.
