One World Missions' Cancellation policy:
If a missionary cancels his/her plans to go on a missions trip before the ticketing deadline, all raised funds less deposit may be held over for one year to be used to send that same missionary on another One World Missions trip. If the missionary cancels after the ticketing deadline, your initial deposit is lost and final payment for air is due immediately. Any remaining funds that have been sent will be held over for one year to send that same missionary on another One World Missions trip.

ANY MONEY SENT TO ONE WORLD MISSIONS WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF THE DATE YOU LEAVE FOR YOUR TRIP MUST BE SENT TO THE PHYSICAL ADDRESS IN THE U.S. NOTED ABOVE THROUGH A COURIER WITH 1 OR 2 DAY DELIVERY AND TRACKING NUMBER (I.E. FEDERAL EXPRESS, UPS, AIRBORNE, ETC.).

DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO ONE WORLD MISSIONS WITHIN 5 DAYS OF YOUR DEPARTURE - BRING THOSE REMAINING FUNDS WITH YOU IN CASH FORM! YOU WILL TURN THESE INTO YOUR TRIP LEADER.
