One World Missions Applications
The most important step to making your trip a reality is making a decision. This is accomplished by spending the necessary amount of time in prayer and seeking the Lord for His leading as to which trip He would have you participate in. You should also seek out Godly counsel through parents, pastors or others that God has used to give you counsel in the past. Once you believe that you have heard from the Lord you need to get committed. Each applicant must fill out a complete application. Please download all of the applicable pages below. The application must be accompanied with your $200 non-refundable deposit. This helps you to commit to the leading of the Lord. It also helps us to better serve you by helping you to prepare for your trip.
We have endeavored to streamline our application process as much as possible, however we assure you all of the information requested is very necessary. So what are you waiting on? Go ahead and download the applications, print them off, fill them out and mail them back. All forms are in Adobe PDF format and will require that your computer have Adobe Reader installed. You can download Adobe Reader for free by clicking here. If you have problems downloading the forms we can e-mail or regular mail them to you.
